Before You Contact Support
- For AI features, confirm AI consent is enabled and your Gemini API key is saved in Settings.
- For route trails, confirm route trails are enabled in Settings and Location permission is allowed When In Use.
- If location permission is denied, voice memo recording should still work, but route trails will not be saved.
- For local export questions, check whether the exported package includes the expected media and sidecar files.

Release Notes
Daylume 1.0 is planned as BYOK-only plus optional route trails. Managed AI, Pro subscriptions, and hosted backend features are post-1.0 work.
